This is a wonderful family practice! I see Tara Buck, a nurse practitioner and love that she is caring, empathetic and really listens! The staff are awesome and friendly too. Very thankful I found such a caring place to help keep me healthy!

When I was looking for a primary doctor, I was really impressed with intro message when I asked the line, the front desk staff and the staff: Nurse Practitioner Sabrina Blancas. I didn't feel rushed on my first appointment, longest appt really! My telehealth appointment was not rushed either. She listened to me, very helpful and taught me a thing or two about medical stuff too. I really like that they send follow texts and emails of future appointments, notes about your visit and names of your new prescriptions. Overall, AMAZING experience. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Tara Buck's for several years. She is very professional, caring, genuine practitioner. She listens to you and doesn't rush you. Responds very quickly to text messages and phone calls. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Thanks Tara for the great service!!! The office staff is wonderful.

I've been a patient of Erin Brooks for several years. The wait time has always been short and when Erin sees me, I never feel rushed and she's always attentive. She asks a lot of follow up questions to ensure she gets all of the information she needs. She's very quick to refill my medications when I request them and I've never had a problem. In my time at this office, I've also been seen by Megan and Dr. Loftis. They are both wonderful providers, good listeners and again, never make the patient feel rushed. The staff at the front desk, and all the people I've met in the office are friendly and understanding. The negative reviews are confusing to me because I reach out to them monthly for medication refills and I've never had any of the issues described. Additionally, I've gone in the office several times a year for several years and still no issues. I've had providers disregard me, not listen and even laugh at me, but I've never experienced anything but quality care here.

Writing a second review because simply put, no matter what staff is working, they are all friendly and amazing. Sometimes they rotate drs and the PT givers (idk what u call them) but they are always top notch. Happy to see you & Lord knows when u are down and out from an injury, it’s nice to have people treat you w care and fight for you. Dr Frazier has been an awesome addition to the team! Ty all!

The group of staff that work at the Malabar location are very professional Been very helpful just want say thank you very much for helping me and my family. You guys are great. Would recommend this place to anybody that needs adjustment or just basically chiropractor help…

I just became a patient here. And I sincerely feel I have found THEE BEST Primary Care Physician in BREVARD COUNTY. I have lived from Titusville to Palm Bay and with the LACK of doctors willing to work out here, she was an absolute joy to find. Orlando definitely has better healthcare. But her service the superior staff, their kindness and warm smiles made me feel at ease and welcomed. You can’t blast me away from this practice. 🩷

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for a professional, welcoming, and fast-recovery place, look no further than Complete Care in Melbourne. Erin—today being her last day—was absolutely the best. She made sure every appointment was on point and always led with a smile. Her organization and positive energy truly set the tone. Alexis was so polite and encouraging, and she doesn’t just tell you the exercises—she does them with you, which makes a huge difference. And the doctor? Phenomenal. A true people person from PA who knows how to connect with patients and brighten your day while delivering excellent care. Overall, this is a great place with an amazing team that genuinely cares about your recovery. Highly recommend!
